Why do you need a VA...

Bear in mind that having a VA isn’t the same as having an employee. I would save you money as I only charge for the work that I complete for you.

When employing a person, you will have to pay for the following:

· Desk space/ office rent

· Supply of phones, equipment, subscriptions, line rental, heating, lighting, electricity,

coffee breaks, internet usage etc

· National Insurance contributiions

· Running your PAYE payroll for your employees

· Your contribution of 3% for their pension

In reality, a 20-hour onsite employee could equate to 10 hours of my VA work. You are not paying for set up, downtime, printer jams and coffee breaks and so on.

Also, the work is done when you need it.

The best work to outsource to me are the jobs that you don’t like doing, don’t have the time to do, or would rather just not be doing something else.

What would you outsource? Take a look at my list. If it isn’t on there, give me a call, and we can discuss whether I can do this for you or not.

I am here to take the weight off your shoulders.
